You enter the same information more than once, search for documents across tools or prepare a report manually every time. I examine your systems and connect the steps that make sense to automate.
Choose a specific process
We start with one task, such as handling an enquiry, updating documentation or preparing a recurring report. We identify where the data comes from, who needs it and which exceptions occur.
Work with your existing tools
I check interfaces, access permissions, export options and licensing. If a direct connection is not feasible, we consider a different workflow or a small supporting application. Your current IT partner can remain involved.
Build a connection you can operate
I develop and configure the agreed connections, including data mapping, error handling and responsibility when something needs attention. The automation should remain understandable in everyday use.
Test real working situations
We check typical cases and the agreed exceptions. You then receive documentation and access. Operation, maintenance and changes to the connected systems are assigned before handover.
An example of a small project
A service business or winery receives enquiries through its website. The information should enter the existing workflow without being typed again. What is feasible depends on the tools in use. This is an example of a possible project, not a claimed client reference.
An own project: Tienda
Within the co-created Rumba ecosystem, I designed and implemented a shop connecting product offers, order handling and payments, including Bitcoin Lightning. This is an own and co-created project.
