Start with the way you work
You show me the people, software, devices and information involved in your work. Together we define what should change and how you will recognise a useful result.
Choose a practical approach
I check what your current tools can already do, which additions make sense and where custom development is needed. You receive a proposal with scope, cost and schedule. Hardware, licences and recurring charges are listed separately.
Put the agreed solution in place
Depending on the project, I configure systems, develop an application or coordinate delivery with your existing IT partner. If a detailed assessment is needed first, we agree its budget before starting.
Check and hand over
We check the agreed functions together. You receive the necessary access and clear documentation. Responsibility for operation, updates and further changes is agreed in advance.
Experience from building a company’s IT
At Wesem, I built the entire IT infrastructure and server room, and connected production machines to the LAN. This work began around 20 years ago. That practical experience informs how I choose and introduce technology today.

I migrated and modernised the travel website, including travel offers, news, galleries and a CMS for editing content. My work covered the technical foundations and search-engine configuration.
